📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or operational environment.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and supervise operational staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
