📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting products/services.,Manage and lead a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor branch performance against key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to business operations.
