📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
• Use our proprietary logistics software to track and manage delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and delivery statuses.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve our logistics and customer service processes.
• Provide regular reports on customer feedback and delivery performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for delivery coordination.
