NEXA Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and process bank reconciliations, journal entries, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and other stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Perform data entry and analysis to support financial decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
