📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a management role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
