📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR manager in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to candidates and employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general HR support to the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and ability to work in Cirebon.
