CV Wisesa Mulya is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. This is an immediate position, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes to their routes.,Monitor and report on the performance of the fleet, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and any issues that arise.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up to date.,Work with the logistics team to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and that they are in the right location at the right time.,Handle any customer complaints or issues related to the fleet, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Participate in safety inspections and ensure that all vehicles meet safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
