Shop Smart Unggul is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they follow safety protocols,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations,Coordinate with the logistics team for efficient delivery routes,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
