📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
