As a Lead Teller, you will be responsible for managing a team of tellers, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining the integrity of our banking operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the accuracy and security of all banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Monitor and maintain cash levels in the branch, reporting any discrepancies to the branch manager.,Train and develop new team members, ensuring they meet the required standards of service and knowledge.,Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to banking operations.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the banking industry.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of tellers.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Experience in customer service and relationship management is a plus.
