OmniCommerce Associate - Dine Out & Reservations Growth

In this high-impact position, you’ll be the operational backbone, driving efficiency, innovation, and growth for Private Advertiser in Bali. You’ll work closely with a team of 20+ colleagues, leveraging tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

As an OmniCommerce Associate, you’ll be part of a team that handles over 500 reservations daily, ensuring seamless operations from booking to checkout. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, hospitality, or a related field, who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end reservation process, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Salesforce to handle customer inquiries, bookings, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Use QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, track sales, and generate reports for the Dine Out Deals and Reservations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing operational workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to drive growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
