📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes.,Monitor production levels and quality to meet or exceed company standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production targets and quality standards.,Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Familiarity with production equipment and processes, including but not limited to assembly lines, packaging, and quality control.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is a plus.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Willingness to undergo training and certification programs as required.
