📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support.,Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a high-quality workforce.,Administer and manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
