As an Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle customer inquiries and orders, providing excellent customer service.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and implement new processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Generate and maintain accurate reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
