As a Sales Counter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide accurate and friendly customer service to all customers.
  • Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled correctly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Promote our products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions.
  • Assist in the restocking of products.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work remote.
