📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions and achieving monthly sales targets.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Promoting products and services to customers and encouraging purchases.,Maintaining a clean and organized retail space.,Assisting in stock management and ensuring adequate inventory levels.,Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals.,Participating in training and development programs.,Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
