📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, approval, and payment.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide expert advice on trade finance matters, including letter of credits, documentary collections, and other international trade finance instruments.
• Monitor and control accounts payable, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the finance team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient payment process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in trade finance and accounts payable, and implement best practices and improvements.
• Support the finance team in the implementation and maintenance of the S/4 HANA SME system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong background in trade finance.
• Proven expertise in managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, approval, and payment.
• In-depth knowledge of trade finance instruments, including letter of credits, documentary collections, and other international trade finance instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic advice and support to the finance team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the S/4 HANA SME system is a plus.
