ORACLE Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team in Sanur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, providing clear and engaging content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into the company's training programs.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules and workshops.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
