IBM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in the ASEAN Select Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to our clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through IBM's solutions and services. This is a remote position based in Bali, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work from any of the specified locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical leadership and expertise to clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IBM solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet client requirements.,Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to optimize client systems and processes.,Deliver technical training and support to clients and internal teams to ensure effective use of IBM technologies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for IBM.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role, with a focus on IBM solutions and technologies.,Strong understanding of IBM Cloud, AI, and other relevant technologies.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting complex IT solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.,Certifications in IBM technologies are a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical expertise in IBM CloudAIand other relevant technologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments.
