📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with our company's commitment to sustainable mining practices.
• Monitor and report on our ESG performance, including environmental impact, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
• Conduct ESG risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
• Collaborate with mining operations to implement ESG initiatives that minimize environmental impact and maximize social benefits.
• Engage with stakeholders, including local communities, regulatory bodies, and investors, to build strong relationships and promote our ESG initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international ESG standards and regulations.
• Conduct training and awareness programs to promote ESG best practices among our employees.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ESG trends and developments in the mining industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ESG standards and regulations, including ISO 14001, SASB, and GRI.
• Experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies in the mining industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting tools and software, such as Bloomberg ESG, MSCI ESG Ratings, or Sustainalytics.
