📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and effective graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design projects from conception to completion.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the user experience of our digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our design capabilities.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and meets client requirements.
• Present design concepts and final deliverables to the team and stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of design decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including graphic design and UI/UX design work.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
