📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect overdue payments from clients and customers.
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients and customers.
• Update and maintain client and customer records in our CRM system.
• Generate reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement collection strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt collection and recovery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the debt collection industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
