📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices, including crop rotation, organic fertilizers, and integrated pest management.
• Conduct field trials and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new agricultural technologies and techniques.
• Provide technical support and guidance to farmers, helping them to adopt best practices and improve their yields.
• Collaborate with the agronomy team to develop and refine crop improvement programs and pest management strategies.
• Analyze and interpret data from field trials and other sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the management team, highlighting the results of field trials and other initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainable agriculture and share this knowledge with the team.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in agronomy and sustainable farming practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agronomy or a related field, with a focus on sustainable farming practices and pest management.
• Strong understanding of agricultural technologies, including GPS-guided farming, precision agriculture, and integrated pest management.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software and tools, such as GIS, QGIS, and other relevant applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to remote locations and work in challenging conditions.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
