As an Assembly and Sales Supervisor, you'll manage a team of skilled technicians and sales representatives, ensuring that every component meets stringent quality standards. You'll work closely with engineers and designers to implement new production processes, leveraging tools like SAP ERP and Teamcenter to streamline operations. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between manufacturing and sales, ensuring that our products are not only high-quality but also competitively priced and delivered on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and sales representatives, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to implement new production processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and production schedules using SAP ERP and other relevant software.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to drive product development and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall growth of the manufacturing operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing or construction machinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, welding, and machining.
• Proficient in using SAP ERP and other relevant manufacturing software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
