📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently
• Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
• Promote our brand and property amenities to guests
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with front desk software like Opera or similar systems
• Good knowledge of local tourism and cultural practices
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic computer literacy
